I've worked with Parker & Associates on several properties, including one of my most significant sales: a 23 +/- acre commercial tract behind the Target in Salisbury, MD, which Parker & Associates were trusted with designing and engineering a very complex set of plans for an annexation of Oliphant Rd and several hundred townhomes.
