Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026. This policy explains how TomRuch.com handles information provided through the website, email subscriptions, property inquiries, internal marketing tools and connected social-media accounts.
Information collected
Information may include contact details you submit, property or transaction information you provide, newsletter preferences, website interaction data, and technical information such as device, browser, referral and campaign attribution data.
Connected social accounts
When an authorized user connects Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Threads to TomRuch.com, the site may receive account identifiers, profile or page names, usernames, granted permissions and access tokens needed to publish authorized content. Access tokens are stored in encrypted form. TomRuch.com does not request social-account passwords.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide requested real-estate information, deliver subscribed email content, operate property-marketing workflows, publish content to accounts you explicitly connect, measure campaign performance, maintain security and improve the site.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to host the site, send email, store data, measure site activity or operate authorized integrations. Information is not sold to advertisers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the site, its users or others.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, operational records, legal obligations and security. Connected social accounts can be disconnected from the internal SFT workspace. Requests for complete deletion of stored social-connection data or other personal information can be made using the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
